Aurora Health Care
Aurora Health Care, a not-for-profit health care organization
created in 1984, has become a nationally recognized leader in
efforts to improve the quality of health care. Aurora has sites in
more than 90 communities throughout eastern Wisconsin and
northern Illinois, including 15 hospitals, more than 155 clinics and
70 pharmacies. More than 3,300 physicians are affiliated with
Aurora, including more than 900 in the Aurora Medical Group and
280 with Aurora Advanced Healthcare. Aurora offers home care
and hospice services through Aurora at Home; family and social
services through Aurora Family Service and Village Adult Services;
and behavioral health through its Aurora Behavioral Health
Services. Aurora also offers treatment for many common medical
conditions at Aurora Quick Care sites, which are located in
shopping malls and many other public locations.

Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin is dedicated solely to the health
and well-being of children. It includes the main hospital in
Milwaukee, a leading center for pediatric health care that provides
inpatient care (including intensive care services) and outpatient
services in more than 70 medical specialties. Other affiliates
include Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin-Fox Valley in Neenah;
primary care clinics; Children’s Specialty Group, a physician group
practice jointly owned by Children’s Hospital and the Medical
College of Wisconsin; Children’s Community Health Plan;
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Research Institute; and Children’s
Hospital Community Services.

Columbia St. Mary’s (Ascension Health)
Columbia St. Mary’s provides a full range of health and wellness
services for individuals and families in southeastern Wisconsin.
Columbia St. Mary’s includes four hospitals: Columbia St. Mary’s
Milwaukee, Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee, Sacred Heart
Rehabilitation Institute, the Women’s Hospital and a partnership
with the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin. It operates 62 pri-
mary care clinics, the Columbia College of Nursing, and is affiliated
with Madison Medical Affiliates. Columbia St. Mary’s is part of
Ascension Health.

Froedtert Health
Froedtert Health consists of Froedtert Hospital, Community
Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, St. Joseph’s Hospital in
West Bend and the Froedtert Health Medical Group with more
than 2,100 physicians who are Medical College of Wisconsin
faculty or members of affiliated physician groups. Froedtert Health
provides comprehensive health care, from primary care to hospital
settings and community clinics with a comprehensive range of
medical specialties.

ProHealth Care
ProHealth Care is a regional health care system serving Waukesha
County and surrounding areas. It employs more than 4,800 peo-
ple, including 200 physicians. Services include cancer in partner-
ship with UW Health, heart and vascular care in partnership with
Indiana University Health and orthopedics in partnership with
Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin. The system includes a terti-
ary care hospital, an acute-care hospital and a freestanding reha-
bilitation hospital, as well as 14 primary care and specialty clinics,
and seven urgent care locations. ProHealth Care also offers home
care services, a residential hospice, a medically-based fitness cen-
ter and three senior living facilities.

United Hospital System
United Hospital System is a comprehensive regional healthcare
system that has served southeastern Wisconsin and northern
Illinois communities for more than 100 years. United Hospital
System provides services primarily through the Kenosha Medical
Center Campus, the St. Catherine’s Medical Center Campus and
several other clinic locations. Its locations are positioned to deliver
services to people residing in Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, western
Kenosha County and northern Illinois.

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare
(Ascension Health)
Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare serves southeastern Wisconsin
through eight hospital sites, 50 Wheaton Franciscan Medical
Group physician offices and other health care providers. Hospital
campuses include: Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-St. Francis,
Wheaton Franciscan-St. Joseph, Midwest Spine and Orthopedic
Hospital, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-Franklin, and Midwest
Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Milwaukee County; Wheaton
Franciscan-Elmbrook Memorial Campus in Waukesha County; and
Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints in Racine County. The
system also includes three transitional and extended-care facilities,
home health and hospice, and outpatient centers in suburban
Wauwatosa and Brown Deer. Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare is
