Milwaukee Rentals

Luxury Rentals

Moving to a new city can be a bit of a challenge. Not only do you have to close up shop at your last home, but moving can sometimes require jumping headlong into an unfamiliar city.  The first questions that usually cross people's minds are: Where am I going to live? How do I know where I can find a quality lifestyle that I can afford?  For many, the answer is apartment living.

There’s a full range of apartments to choose from in the Milwaukee-area - traditional brick, multi-family buildings, apartment towers and modern campus-style arrangements that feature outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and barbecue areas. There’s also a diverse selection of neighborhoods – from high-octane downtown living to quiet communities tucked in nature. Apartment Homes is broken down by region to help you select the best neighborhood for you. Please see the maps on pages 50-51 to locate your new home.

Luxury Apartments

In recent years there has been an explosion in the development of luxury apartments to meet the needs of urban professionals and retirees who prefer renting over home ownership. These units can be found throughout the metropolitan area and feature large floor plans (typically 1,000 to 3,000 square feet). They are often equipped with high-end appliances, including microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators and washers and dryers. They offer dens, cathedral ceilings and enclosed parking.

Depending on the property, these apartments offer dens, cathedral ceilings and enclosed parking. Health club facilities and clubrooms are popular amenities, and some apartment properties have on-site convenience stores, in-house movie theaters and guest suites. Many properties are carefully designed and tastefully landscaped to blend into their natural settings using environmentally sensitive designs to minimize their impact on the surroundings.
