The Waukesha County Fair is proud to be the oldest fair in the state of Wisconsin. This year, we’re celebrating our 183rd Anniversary with special events and promotions throughout the 5-day Fair run.  Bursts of laughter, heart-thumping excitement, and the timeless joy of coming together are just small elements of what makes the Fair special. Whether it’s the thrill of boots kicking up dust in the show ring, sneakers hitting the midway pavement as rides spin and lights flash, or dancing shoes tapping along to the beat of the main stage, every step tells a story. You’ll find “kicks” in every corner — from the pride of a blue ribbon to the simple satisfaction of a corn dog shared under the summer sun. It’s where generations meet, where traditions are relived and new memories are made, and where every fairgoer discovers their own brand of fun.
