A smashing success where everything, quite literally, comes crashing down as the curtain attempts to rise on the Cornley Drama Society’s ill-fated opening night of “The Murder at Haversham Manor.” Throughout the night, things go from bad to catastrophically disastrous as the leading lady is knocked unconscious, the corpse can’t play dead, the crew are thrown into battle, and the actors trip over everything – including their own lines. It’s nothing you want in a show—and everything you want in a show as anything that can go wrong, absolutely will with theatrical flair.
